
Sessions take place from your home or a training facility of your choice. We go through stretching sessions that feature multiple types of stretching and conditioning exercises to eventually improve flexibiltity over time!
Online one on one sessions are available with the same 30-minute format via Zoom or Google Meets.
My sessions aim to be around 30 mins so that your athlete doesn't get bored or discouraged from stretching!
After the first session, I create a personalized stretching routine that is related to your athlete's sport or activity!
