On on One sessions

Sessions take place from your home or a training facility of your choice. We go through stretching sessions that feature multiple types of stretching and conditioning exercises to eventually improve flexibiltity over time!

 Professional coaching from anywhere. Our virtual sessions use high-definition video analysis to provide real-time corrections, ensuring the athlete maintains perfect form and safety from the comfort of their home or home-rink 

30 min sessions

30-minute sessions are optimized for high-intensity focus, ensuring young athletes stay engaged while achieving maximum results.

 We begin with a comprehensive 30-minute movement screen. I identify "sticking points" in the athlete's current range of motion that may be hindering specific sport-skills, such as a Biellmann spin or a high kick.

  No two athletes are the same. Based on the assessment, I design a personalized stretching and conditioning routine.
